This website is operated by Sprout House LLC (formerly Little Sprouts LLC), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 25439 Rockford ST, Hemet, CA 92544. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, Return & Refund, Cancellation, and Promotions policies, which are part of these Terms.
Eligibility and restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. Our products are intended for use by children under adult supervision, following each product’s age grading and warnings.
Geographic and export restrictions: We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale; we may limit quantities. You may not export or re-export products in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws. We do not sell to persons or destinations subject to U.S. sanctions. Some products may carry additional age or small-parts restrictions, which are stated on the product page.
Products, prices, and currency
We aim to describe products and show images accurately; colors and natural materials may vary slightly. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we ship it; the order confirmation email only confirms receipt. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and supported digital wallets, processed securely by Stripe or Square. You authorize us and our processor to charge the total shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, errors, or product unavailability, and will refund any amount charged.
Shipping, returns, and cancellation
Delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order.
Toy use and supervision
Follow all age labels, warnings, assembly instructions, and care directions. Inspect toys regularly and stop using any damaged product. Product information does not replace caregiver judgment or professional medical advice.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, test payment cards, scrape content, or interfere with its operation. Site content, product copy, graphics, and Sprout House branding are owned by Sprout House LLC or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Products are covered by any manufacturer warranty and by warranties that cannot be excluded under law. Except as stated, the website and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprout House LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
