Where we ship
We ship to valid street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories where the carrier offers service; these may take longer. We do not ship outside the United States.
Order processing time
In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time begin processing the next business day. Any preorder or backorder timing is shown on the product page before purchase.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and gift wrap. The final shipping charge is always shown in the order summary before you pay. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.
Local pickup
We do not currently offer in-person pickup. All orders are delivered by carrier.
Tracking and address changes
When your order ships, we email tracking information to the address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if your shipping address is wrong. We can change an address only before the order ships.
Delays, lost packages, and damage
If tracking has not updated for five business days, or a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
For a damaged shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
