Before your order ships
You may cancel all or part of an order free of charge any time before it ships. Email contact@sprouthouse.toys with your order number and “Cancel” in the subject line, or use our contact form. Because most orders ship within 1-2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
After your order ships
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled. You may return eligible items under our 30-day return policy, or refuse delivery, in which case we refund the item price once the package is returned to us (original shipping is not refunded).
Cancellation refunds
For orders canceled before shipment we issue a full refund, including shipping, gift wrap, and tax, to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your card issuer may take 5-10 business days to post the credit. If your payment was only authorized, the hold is released instead.
Cancellations by Sprout House
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing or description error occurred, we cannot verify payment, or we suspect fraud or a violation of our Terms. We will notify you by email and refund any amount charged in full.
Subscriptions and preorders
We do not currently sell subscriptions or recurring plans, and you will never be charged on a recurring basis. Preorders, if offered, may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment.
