What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Square; we never see or store full card numbers. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our 30-day return policy applies.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
How do you choose the age range?
We consider safety requirements, part size, motor skills, attention span, and the way children at that stage typically play. The age on each product page is the range we recommend following.
Are all toys CPSIA and ASTM F963 compliant?
Every children's toy we sell must meet applicable CPSIA requirements and ASTM F963 rules. Some items, such as textiles that are not toys, may follow different applicable standards; we state this clearly.
What does non-toxic paint mean?
Our painted wooden toys use water-based coatings supplied with applicable heavy-metal and chemical test documentation. Full materials are listed on the product page.
Where are the toys made?
Country of origin varies by product and supplier. We work with manufacturers that can provide traceability and compliance records. Contact us for a product's current origin information.
How quickly do orders ship?
In-stock orders usually leave our facility within 1-2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3-7 business days after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders of $75.00 USD or more before tax and after discounts.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Add recycled-paper gift wrapping and a message during checkout. Pricing is never included in the package.
What is your return window?
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened hygiene-sensitive items, personalized gifts, and final-sale products may not be returnable.
What if a toy arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or another practical solution.
How do I clean wooden toys?
Use a soft, barely damp cloth and dry promptly. Do not soak or put wooden toys in the dishwasher unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
